the fact that it's really adorable & restful but also its amazing
location. Surrounded by the mountains (Hunter, Ballayre) and forest
(the back of the property is a national forest!) just walk across the
bridge to be right in the center of the Town of Phoenicia, its great
variety of restaurants (especially Sweet Sue and its well renowned
phenomenal pancakes, people from all over the world come for
them!), shops, and NYC buses that bring you there in two hours!
